Sehr gute Möglichkeit um nach einer Wanderung einzukehren. Auf der Speisekarte stehen übliche pfälzer Hüttengerichte, aber auch Salate, Schnitzel und Steaks. Wir waren mit 4 Personen dort und hatten 2 unterschiedliche Schnitzel, einen Schweizer Wurstsalat und Salat mit Rinderstreifen. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend groß. Natürlich durfte auch die Rieslingschorle nicht fehlen. Die Preise waren passend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Lokal ist ruhig mitten im Wald gelegen. Ob zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto zu erreichen. Busse können auf einem unterhalb gelegenen Parkplatz parken. Freundliche Bedienung, angenehm zu sitzen, riesige Portionen zu einem günstigen Preis, dazu auch noch richtig lecker.

Gemütlicher Biergarten mit Zelt im Freien und Sonnenschirmen, gut gegen die Hitze. Mittelgutes Hüttenessen. Der Wurstsalat war etwas zu grob geschnitten, dafür der Salat ohne Strunk. Die Pilze waren ausgegangen der Jäger auch, dafür gabs Zigeunerschnitzel, das kenne ich aber etwas anders, zu wenig Paprikastreifen, dafür Mais, die Pommes wieder perfekt. Nach einem Spaziergang durch den schönen Pfälzer Wald und für den Hunger zwischendurch, kann man es empfehlen.

Waren nur zur Rast und haben etwas getrunken, aber alles wirklich toll. Sehr schöne Hütte und absolut angenehme Atmosphäre. Wirklich zu empfehlen

This place was a godsend. After leaving Kaiserslautern to hike the pfalzerwald trail I had not come across a restaurant since finsterbrunnertal. It was nice to have some real food instead of the muesli bars and beef jerky I had been living on. Pricing isn’t cheap but it’s worth it

Tolle Lokalität, alles sehr neuwertig und schön hergerichtet. Sehr gutes Essen, sogar wirklich selbstgemachte Spätzle mitten im Pfälzer Wald - top! Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis, guter und freundlicher Service! Leider fehlen noch die Nachtische auf der Karte.

Nergens kun je beter eten dan hier. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top. Goed gevulde borden. De foto dacht ik een klein gerecht te bestellen gemengde salade met rundstukjes. Heerlijk van smaak. Toch alles opgegeten. Bestel gelijk het locale Park bier echt lekker verfrissend bier.
